I don’t have access to screenshots, but here’s a revised version of your request:

Could you clarify how to disable this feature from Microsoft? It seems there might be an issue with automatically opening all branches when devices are disabled. Checking the settings or registration options may help resolve this annoyance!

It's unclear what you mean by the opening window of Device Manager.
If you navigate to the "View" tab, several choices become accessible.
Begin there.

To begin with, I understand that across every version of Windows there is no method to prevent the Device Manager from automatically expanding disabled or marked devices. This is entirely by design to alert users about possible issues with such devices. If a device is disabled on an internal unit, it should typically be turned off in the BIOS and won't appear in the Device Manager at all.

Device Manager is growing those areas since you've turned off devices in each of those sections (the down arrow in a circle icon). This is typical behavior when something odd occurs in Device Manager, so it's highlighted for your awareness.
