Hello everyone,
I've been facing a major problem during my gaming sessions lately. When playing CS:GO, the graphics keep tearing and the screen quality is extremely poor, making it feel like I'm experiencing around 40 FPS.
My PC is a medium-end model (AMD FX-8300, RX 590 8GB, 16 GB RAM), and CS:GO still manages about 120-150 FPS.
Whenever I press TAB for a scoreboard or hover my mouse over a pop-up, the FPS drops by roughly 60 FPS. I'm curious if this is connected to the overall instability.
I use Radeon Relive to save highlights, which might be causing the issue since it records the game while playing. Turning it off improves FPS, but it doesn't fix the tearing or low-performance feeling.
If you're interested, I can share videos, but do any of you have encountered the same issue?

The FX-8300 isn't a high-end PC, what's the SSD capacity?

You're correct, but it performs well in other games too (like CoD Cold War, etc.). The SSD is halfway full, with 250 GB available out of 500 GB, and it's 3 months old.

Sorry, I can't access the brand information but I know it's a 500W supply. The temperatures are great thanks to my custom air system, and neither the CPU nor GPU goes above 50°C.
