Question About Strange PC Shutdown Problem --- Is the issue with my PSU, motherboard or AMD drivers?
It's Gigabyte Control Center version 25.12.10.01
Just for a context,:If I had turned off the RGB from the software and the shutdown appeared , then the PC would not have any other RGB turned on while the shutdown appears except for the power button of the case which is always ON. For example if I set the rgb ON and the PC gets one of these shutdowns then all of the RGB would stay ON while the PSU is locked.
I am saying this because another interesting thing I now start thinking about is that the GPU cannot be synchronized with the motherboard and all of the other RGB in my PC build ,and I can't really remember if when the shutdown appeared when my rgb was on wheter the GPU rgb stayed on or off.
If that makes any sesnse to point towards GPU or it's just something happening around the PCIE slot of the motherboard. I am still waiting for the shutdowns to reappear in order to try all of the things that you suggested.
I have only one picture of the PC when it was in a shutdown state while the RGB was off , and it was turned off simply because it was still around 25th december to 15th January and my christmas tree was still out , so the RGB in the room was too much and I had turned off the RGB of the PC except for the GPU because I have to download ASRock Polychrome Sync in order to turn it off and it is a really buggy program.

Wait for shutdowns to return if possible. Then look for associated error codes. Ensure time and date align with any errors occurring before or during shutdowns. If shutdowns return, disable RGB effects, power savers, and unnecessary apps/utilities that run during startup. This may be due to Task Scheduler or other triggers. The goal is to minimize issues and stabilize the system. If that fails, focus on identifying the root cause—hardware, software, or configuration.
I am waiting patiently, I didn't stop for a single day of gaming only to cause it. From 8 AM to 11 AM and 12 PM, I keep trying. The problem is, if they don't come back, what should I do? Should I return my motherboard or PSU for an RMA? I think I need to explain why I'm returning it and I really don<|pad|>, not sure what exactly is the issue. All these troubles are coming to my mind. Could it be a failed capacitor or a protection failure in my PSU that has already stopped working? Because of that, the shutdowns stopped and now only the worst will affect all my other components on the PC? I can send the PSU for diagnostics, but I doubt they will find anything different than me.
You're naturally concerned, but it's important to tackle things one at a time. It's tedious yet essential. Just follow the given directions carefully, concentrating on a single task at a time to avoid confusion and reach the real issue.
