So, I'm going back to play skyrim, have my mods all set up, and see this: And with the camera shifted up: Notice the utter blackness on the lower half of the camera. I've checked my skyrimperfs.ini file, and bFloatPointRenderTarget=1 : Also, I have checked just about everywhere and only have one skyrimperfs.ini file: Has anyone experienced this issue before and/or does anyone know how fix this? Thanks in advance

When using Mod Organizer, each profile has its own skyrim.ini and skyrimprefs.ini files configured—just edit the ini inside Mod Organizer and it should work fine. If you're starting Skyrim from the launcher instead of the executable, the file might clear itself each time you open the game.

I haven't come across anything like this before. I mostly rely on loot boxes, NMM, and SKSE launchers. Sounds reasonable, though.

The .ini file is located in the NMM directory, and you start the launch from SKSE.
