There seems to be no method to raise the armor level past 200. The workbench indicates you don’t have enough skill, even though all skills are at full capacity.
You can find the community uncapper here: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/1175/. There are other similar mods at a comparable skill level. My crafting expertise is about 400 (note: I mistakenly said 199; corrected to 199). I can create a dragonscale bikini or swimwear that’s tougher than anything Eorlund has made before. The Blacksmith's elixir could help boost your armor set, but 200 might be too ambitious given the current ratings. I’m pretty sure CK is the only place I’ve seen where you can directly change a weapon’s or armor’s base rating and value.
Do you have any idea how to improve your character's appearance? I'm feeling pretty bad about my vampire look.
