Initially I increased my Ryzen 7 1700 to 3.7 ghz by adjusting the CPU core ratio to 37.00, and everything functioned properly.
Next, I aimed to boost my RAM performance, so I configured the D.O.C.P profile to D.O.C.P 4 using AI Tweaker's AI Overclock Tuner (which is set at 2666 MHz).
During a Cinebench test I observed the CPU running at 3.3 ghz.
My current native RAM speed is 2400 MHz.
I revisited the BIOS and found under the D.O.C.P 4 profile there’s a drop-down menu labeled APU Frequency, currently set to 90.0000. It appears this setting is reducing my CPU clocks; should I raise it to 100.0000?
Another concern is why the motherboard defaults to 90.0000 and other profiles revert to 81.8000 (like D.O.C.P 5 at 2933 MHz).
Would it be better to modify the CPU clock ratio to reach 3.7ghz while keeping APU Frequency at its default, or adjust only the APU setting?

You lack an APU, which means it won't function.

I wonder why my usual overclocking rate drops from 3.7 ghz to 3.3 ghz. When I choose the auto RAM D.O.C. P speed profile at 2400 MHz, the APU frequency is 100.0000, but it decreases as the D.O.C.P frequency increases. If we use 37.00 and multiply by 0.90, we arrive at 3.3 ghz, which suggests it's influencing the CPU speed in this way.
