I own an ASUS mid-range laptop now that I switched to a mid-range motherboard. There are no hardware problems at all. Over the past four years, this particular issue has persisted, which is hard to ignore. Problems include:

- game-changing from start to finish
- changing in-game gravity
- input lag variations

I purchased a new GPU and RAM, but that didn’t resolve anything. I’m aware it’s not a hardware fault, yet many users haven’t experienced this bug before. My question is whether upgrading the motherboard would help. It’s definitely the software and game-related issue. I’ve cleaned Windows multiple times and tested all hardware components.

Pc specifications:
- ASUS B660M Plus wifi d4
- I5-12400f
- DDR4 4000MHz Trident Z (from qvl list)
- RTX 3070 Ti
- 750W Coolermaster MPE-7501-ACABW
- Kingston 1Tb SSD
- Windows 11 24H2
- Windows 10 tried with
- Dell G2723H
- Intel stock fan (CPU), 3 front and 1 back from Irid 503 argb V2

There are no hardware problems at all. This model has been around for 4 years plus.
750W Coolermaster MPE-7501-ACABW
It seems to be paired with a PSU that's considered outdated, especially given the high transient load spikes it handles. The repeated stress from those spikes likely contributed to the PSU's degradation. The unit came with a 3-year warranty, which matches my understanding.
If you need a more reliable PSU with 850W for your entire system, consider borrowing one instead of buying.
You previously used an ASUS B660M Plus with Wi-Fi d4, running Windows 11 version 24H2. You're currently on Windows 11 version 25H2.
Are you using Armory Crate?

I did not install the armoury crate at all.
I switched my GPU to a rtx 5060Ti, so I don’t think my PSU is the issue.
Yes, I used DDU, but I bought this new GPU and sent it back, receiving my money back, so I still use my manli rtx 3070ti.
Yes, I’m also using 25H2, though it’s an older PC spec—something that worked fine when it was 24H2.
I shouldn’t be dealing with this problem anymore, but after four years I really want to understand what’s causing it.
