RYZEN 9 5900x 3.7ghz
Corsair ram 3600mhz 2 16GB sticks
ASUs rog strix b550f
Zotac 2060 super amp extreme 8gb
Corsair rm550 gold standard
My RAM only operates at 2333mhz despite adjustments, and I encounter the blue screen error code 0xc000000f.
Has anyone noticed this issue? Any suggestions could help.

If RAMs are located in the 1st and 3rd slots from the CPU, move them to the 2nd and 4th. The 2nd and 4th slots are the primary locations, and XMP requires these to be filled first with a two-stick operation. Once XMP is applied, ensure the DRAM voltage is set to 1.35v. XMP will handle the correct voltage automatically, but manual adjustment isn't possible. It seems the RAMs might be in incorrect dimming slots. If this doesn<|pad|>, try setting each stick separately in the 2nd slot.

The manual explains that the default memory operation frequency relies on its Serial Presence Detect (SPD), which is the typical method for retrieving data from a memory module. In the default state, certain memory modules intended for overclocking might function at a reduced frequency compared to the manufacturer's specified value. Unless you are actively overclocking the board (the outcomes will differ), you should not rely on the speeds listed as OC, as they won't be maintained at that level during regular operation.

What exactly are you referring to when you say "overclock the board"? You're adjusting the RAM settings using board configurations or BIOS. Also, where do you really find "normal mode"? The user mentioned they tried XMP, which is clearly not the default setting.

So you're adjusting the delay in the 3600 MHz clock to make the 2100 MHz RAM work at that frequency. That's essentially a trick to mask the difference in operation speed versus actual clock speed. Of course, I can offer RAM that operates at 5Ghz, but you'd need a timing adjustment of 20 to make the 3Ghz RAM function properly on a 5Ghz clock.

Lowering latency isn't going to drop the RAM below its base frequency, which is likely 2333MHz according to the OPs post. And it won't cause a small amount of latency and looser timings to reduce the 3600MHz in gaming to around 3400 or 3200Mhz, while still improving productivity tasks where latency isn't critical.

I’ve reviewed the manual and confirmed the RAM slots are correct. I haven’t changed the voltage settings yet, only applied the docp profile which caused a blue screen with error code 0xc000000f.

It’s not perfect that the 3600 kit you possess already shows greater latency compared to the other 3600 units, yet it remains what it is**
. The RAM seems like a massive PIA, but here are some suggestions:
Adjust your Infinity Fabric (FCLK) manually to 1800 (one-to-one). If that doesn’t work, reduce it to 1733, which isn’t perfect but might offer better stability—though that’s not the current situation.
Relax the timing settings. Start with 19-23-23-44 and see if you can tighten them once stability is confirmed.
RAM voltage should be set to 1.35V, avoid exceeding 1.4V, as that’s a later consideration.
Configure your SOC voltage to 1.1V
Verify the VDDG value—likely set to auto, but adjust it to 0.96V
These timing parameters are quite loose; a minor voltage increase is acceptable if the board is reliable. Still, these are just initial steps.
***Note, I’m not paying attention. The lower timing applies to the lower gig kit.***

And those are the slots referenced? A2/B2, 2nd and 4th positions on the CPU? Verify that the DRAM voltage is adjusted to 1.35v when turning on DOCP.
