The BIOS needs adjustments beyond just the frequency settings. You'll likely need to modify memory timings, voltage options, and possibly enable specific overclocking features.

Is this the RAM kit you're using? Are you using the BIOS version for your motherboard? There are two approaches to RAM overclocking. First, you can enter BIOS after ensuring you're on the latest version, adjust the frequency to DDR4-3200MHz, save and exit—results may vary. Second, consider selling your current kit since it's of poor quality and replacing it with a DDR4-3200MHz dual channel kit. Keep in mind, your motherboard's chipset can support up to 64GB, exceeding it will stress the IMC and could lead to reduced performance or long-term issues. A 2x16GB kit with low latency and DDR4-3200MHz should suffice to improve your setup.

You need 64gb of RAM. If you overclock it slightly, around 2600-2800 MHz should work fine.

To enhance your RAM's performance, you may need to boost the speed, adjust the timings, and increase the voltage.
Testing is necessary.
Beyond that, you'll encounter interactions with your CPU's overclocking.
If your RAM could handle a strong overclock, it would have been used in 2600/2800 speed RAM originally.
However, you might still be fortunate.
