I recently assembled a gaming PC and initially everything functioned properly, allowing me to link all my parts to MSI Mystic Light. However, after a few days the RAM vanished from Mystic Light and I'm unsure how to recover it. I've reinstalled MSI Center along with Mystic Light several times without success. The RAM remains active but only displays rainbow colors which I can't modify. I've also tested other programs, but their RGB settings don't appear either. I own a Kingston Fury 2x8 RGB 3600MHz RAM and an MSI B550-A Pro motherboard. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

What BIOS version are you using right now? Regarding your operating system, what version are you running? If it's Windows 10, please specify the edition. I've also tested other programs, but the RGB/ARGB settings still don't appear there. It seems you might have too many applications managing your RGB settings. You should remove all such apps and restart using the MSI Center. For the app, try installing it in an elevated command prompt—right-click the installer and select Run as Administrator.

The BIOS version is 7C56vA5 and the Windows version is Windows 10 Home: 21H1.
Note: I had no other RGB application running when the issue started; I tried it afterward to check if it would help.
Appreciate the advice.

I would power off the pc and wait 30 seconds before turning it back on. This resolved an issue I had with a TUF MB. It might also be related to a recent Mystic Light update. If you've updated since setting up the rig, try using the earlier version to see if it works now. Good luck!
