Hi all, I recently set up a raid server and everything worked fine until I connected an AFM 700 backup battery. Now the super capacitor temperature reads 204 degrees, which seems incorrect since it should feel cold to the touch. What might be causing this issue? Could it be a faulty battery?

Would you like to relocate the raid card to a different computer?

The situation isn't practical. I wrongly assumed you meant an UPS, not the actual unit you connected. If you take out the attachment, does the temperature gauge reset to its standard state?

I've been away for a week and everything seems fine now, so maybe it just needed some time.

I have no idea, just make sure to keep an eye on it for a while to maintain the usual situation.
