Question about power capacity

I have an Acer Aspire 5 laptop with an i5-8265u and a GeForce MX250. Under heavy use, my CPU doesn't throttle its temperature—it stays around 78°C. I believe it's limited to about 15 watts, but according to HWiNFO64 the maximum it reached was 30 watts. Can I adjust the settings so it always runs at that higher power until thermal throttling occurs? And the same applies to the GPU.

You might struggle without adjusting the settings, since not every laptop supports voltage control. Your device could be one of those that doesn’t allow it.
