Your router model is Innbox v45. You successfully portforwarded it yesterday and it worked, but now it isn’t functioning properly. Since you're using it for a Minecraft server, double-check the port settings and ensure the port you’re forwarding matches the one your server requires. Also, verify that the device you're connecting to is still online and that no firewall rules are blocking traffic.

Your server requires a fixed IP address to remain consistent, which you can configure easily in your operating system's network settings. Once set, activate port forwarding on your router for that IP. Choose the appropriate protocol (such as TCP), specify the port, and route all incoming traffic to it. Router configurations may vary, so consult your device's manual if needed. For further assistance, share a screenshot of the rule you applied, keeping your public IP private.

The server IP address refers to the Minecraft server's private IP. Enter the manually assigned IP you provided; it wasn't blocked because it's a private address. IPs starting with 10, 172, or 192 are private. Others are public IPs, which you shouldn't expose publicly unless you're certain. Regarding port forwarding: ensure all 'port' fields match the one your Minecraft server uses. It could be a standard port assigned automatically or manually set. TCP is the proper protocol, while UDP might require a separate rule. It's wise to name your port forwarding rule for clarity. The remote host IP can remain blank, and LoopBack should be disabled. Example note: the values shown are just placeholders.

Your server's IP address is listed here. You can locate your private IP in the network configuration of your operating system. For instance, you can view the settings on your PC. (Apologies for the many German screenshots, but the message is clear) Edit: I missed adding to click properties after selecting your network adapter. You can also run CMD and type "ipconfig" to see the IP address. Remember, you need a static IP to ensure your port forwarding remains functional.

You're asking for clarification on your current goal. The port forwarding rule you've configured appears to be accurate.

You're facing an issue with port forwarding when setting up your survival server. It seems the IP address you're using might have changed, which is why the port forwarding isn't working. Try confirming the current IP and ensure it matches what your friend is using. If you need help adjusting the port forwarding settings, let me know!

She also controls the trigger and DMZ settings. I believe I managed it yesterday by using the DMZ one, though I'm not entirely sure.

Sure, just share your current IP address. This will help clarify any connectivity issues you're facing.
