Does this indicate clearance issues (someone mentioned it yes)? And is it possible to position the fan on the opposite side to prevent this? I'm planning to use the Aqua 9 Okinos or the Montech Air 930 case. Links provided are included. Would moving the fan upward help avoid the RAM? Not certain if it would.

The model stands 154mm tall with fans at their standard height.
The maximum CPU cooler height is 180mm.
A vertical GPU mount isn't used in the Okinos AQUA-9-ARGB case.
The Viper Venom DDR5 performance RAM has a height of 43mm and should work with an air cooler.
Consider using an AIO instead of an air cooler for better performance.

I also found another option. Does this model provide the same RAM capacity? The site didn’t list the exact amounts, only the case sizes. I’m assuming the 162mm will work fine. It seems to lift the fan up to address the issue. I think I can install any RAM I want then. *That’s a great use for a digital display. It really fixes the airflow problem!* 8)
It would look better with an AIO, though. I was hoping for the ASUS Curve Monitor, but I don’t want to spend $300 on a budget build. (I’m struggling to justify $1600.) I’m not sure what’s best at the lower end. I’ve never used an AIO before.
Edit: I’m seeing several Thermalright models around $50. I think it doesn’t matter much for the CPU. Are there any good options under $50 or generally?
I’m checking this motherboard here:
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/6m...tx...-plus-wifi
TUF GAMING B650E-PLUS WIFI combines AMD Ryzen power with military-grade durability, advanced cooling, PCIe 5.0, DDR5, WiFi 6E, and immersive audio.

By the way, I plan to order a 9600x or 9600x3d when it ships.
I was also thinking of using this RAM:
Patriot Viper Venom RGB 32 GB
But someone suggested it because of RAM space concerns:
TEAMGROUP T-Create Expert 32 GB
Do you have a top recommendation for RAM at that price? I’d like something simple, around 6000 MHz with a 30th case for a 1:1 ratio. I’m not sure about the best speed. The Venom is decent, but should I look elsewhere in that range? I prefer RGB since this case has a lot of it.

If I were purchasing this, I would choose it:
G.SKILL Flare X5 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR5 6000 (PC5 48000) Desktop Memory Model F5-6000J3038F16GX2-FX5

I increased the initial intake fan (right side) 1/2 inch on the non-RGB model to cover the first RAM chip.
