Hi, I’m facing a problem where my PC tends to freeze mainly during gaming sessions. It usually freezes 2 to 4 times after a restart, except when I simply browse the web normally. Sometimes the boot device becomes inaccessible, triggering a kernel trap BSOD. I’ve tried various fixes but none resolved the issue. During startup, I encounter hangs in the Windows logo. Audio also seems affected when the PC crashes. It’s a MSI B550 PRO VDH WIFI with RYZEN 5600X and 3060 Ti. I’ve done several things: updated BIOS and chipset drivers, ran stress tests using OCCT (no crashes), kept temperatures around 85°C for the GPU and 66°C for the CPU when idle, removed XMP settings, reset the PC, performed a clean Windows install, updated and checked drivers with multiple software, reset TPM, used DDU for audio and GPU drivers, tested both main SDD and HDD. System Info logs show crashes after about 5 to 10 minutes post-installation, sometimes with certificate errors.

Updating BIOS and Chipset driver
There is another BIOS update required: 7C95v2L>, 7C95v2M1 (beta version).
You didn’t specify the PSU make and model or its age.
Drivers have been updated using several software options, including SDIO/driver easy and the official Windows Update.
Avoid relying on third-party apps to check for pending driver or BIOS updates. Instead, verify the support information from the motherboard, GPU, or storage manufacturer’s site to match your installed version.
Regarding installations;
Have you performed a clean install of the bootable USB drive for your operating system?
You should have removed all drives except the one you intended to install, reinstalled the OS in offline mode, and then manually added all drivers with the latest versions during offline installation?
What role does your Toshiba 2.5" 250GB HDD play in your system?

I wanted to skip the Beta version but after you said will try
3 years old CORSAIR CV Series CV550 550 Watt 80 Plus Bronze Certified PSU
I understand I shouldn’t use any third-party software, though SDIO is one of the most recommended options.
I made a bootable USB installer but didn’t remove other external USB drives; I still have a USB device and need to reinstall drivers offline.
Can you help with downloading all drivers and installing without Wi-Fi?
My old HDD still causes crashes even when disconnected.
Another question: my 1TB HDD is set as Disk 0, and my main SSD with Windows install is on Disk 1. Could this configuration cause problems?
Just to note: after 1-3 crashes the PC runs normally, allowing me to play games for 4-6 hours without issues.

The error in Event Viewer indicates an issue with TPM. The motherboard needs to authenticate using its certificate, but either the URL is incorrect or it can't connect to the server, causing the TPM to crash. This results in the PC freezing or displaying a blue screen. Other users suggest replacing the motherboard or installing a separate TPM module as potential fixes. One Reddit user reported that removing and reinstalling the CPU resolved the problem, though it may not be a permanent solution.

Can you upload it to Google Drive? I don't trust FileShare. But if it's really a TPM issue, everything in HWInfo should appear normal.

Is the PC experiencing issues? Is there a blue screen of death? Can I open BlueScreenView by Nir to identify the cause of the crash? Download BlueScreenView

Hi, thank you for your feedback. The BSOD errors weren’t always frequent; most of the time the PC would freeze immediately and stay on until I manually restarted it. I don’t have old dump files since I performed a clean Windows installation, but some BSODs were caused by ntoskrnl.exe and others by NVIDIA drivers.
