I haven't experimented with Warzone yet, but I figured you brought it up. If it becomes popular in the 80s, I'll adjust the negative curve offset via PBO. These chips are designed for those temperatures, though my mind isn't sure how to process it right now.
I installed Warzone and ran it without Vsync. My monitor stayed around 65-77 degrees, which is a bit unusual for my 9700k but typical across other accounts. I guess I just need to get used to these temperatures now.
They tend to get warm, depending on your cooling system. I noticed around 80°C at roughly 200W per ppt in R23 with the stock clock range of 4950. It operates near 4650 when CO is on but PBO is off. My setup is currently at 27°C while you're writing this in a 21C environment.
