Currently available components include a CPU and AMD Ryzen 9 5900X, a GPU of Asus Tuf AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT with 16GB OC, a MBOA Asus Strix x570E Gaming, RAM from Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 128GB (4x32GB) at 3600MHz, a PSU from Corsair HX1500i, and liquid cooled CPU and GPU setup with two fans and a pump. Seeking guidance on optimal overclocking configurations for peak performance, starting points, and adjustments. Intended use is primarily gaming, video editing, 3D rendering, and client data recovery. Appreciate your help.

Hi
Are you considering an old-school OC or sticking with PBO?
Traditional training will leave you lacking single-core performance.
I relied on this video as a reference and achieved 5-5.1ghz in games with two cores, depending on the situation.
Using it while running a Corsair H150i E C reduced my temperature by around 10°C.
A fellow gamer did the same on his 5900x with a H115i and observed the same cooling improvement.

Noctuas IPPC's 3000rpm 3x120's set at 1125 rpm, 7x140's at 1350 rpm
Temperatures remain between 53-59°C during gaming, depending on the season.
CPU is currently at 58°C, GPU at 43°C.

I enjoy this video for clarifying what the settings are. Make sure to check it out before you just copy others' configurations.
