Hey everyone! Thanks for reaching out. I understand you're searching for a router that doesn't have antennas and supports mesh networking for future upgrades. For a 50m² apartment with simple walls, you might want to consider options like TP-Link or Netgear models that offer mesh capabilities without the need for external antennas. Also, checking out budget-friendly routers from brands like Asus or Linksys could give you good value. Let me know if you'd like more details!

I’ve experienced excellent performance with TP-Link Deco devices, yet I’m frustrated because I can’t control them through a web interface—only via an app. Disappointing! However, they work perfectly at home.

Eero stands out as a strong option unless you strongly dislike Amazon products. You can purchase one Eero 6 for $79 or three for $200. Although it's pricier than basic Google Wi-Fi (which is $50 for one or $150 for three), it provides Wi-Fi 6 with Eero instead of the older Wi-Fi 5 standard on Google Wi-Fi.

Unfortunately, they aren't available in Norway. Regards for your question about the X10 supporting 500mbits for four users.

Simply put, it’s not a big issue. Remember, you won’t consistently exceed 500 over Wi-Fi, especially if someone is bringing it into your home—even if they manage to hit the 500 mark right at the wall, you’d likely see around 350, and possibly up to 400 if you’re in an optimal position with clear line of sight.

I used to understand this stuff too, but now it's really confusing with all the updates. Is it around ten times better or just a bit more? Based on what others have said, what do you think would work best for your situation? Your small space and the router issue are important factors.
