Question about MSI 5070 Ti Gaming TRIO ARGB and Gigabyte motherboard.
Hi,
I have an X870E Aorus Pro Ice motherboard and intend to install an MSI 5070 Ti Gaming Trio White GPU. Would I be able to manage ARGB through RGB Fusion 2.0, or would I need to use Mystic Light which I've heard could conflict with GCC? I'm also unsure about using Signal RGB since I already use L-Connect and Steelseries GG, as it might not integrate well. I prefer controlling the lighting for the GPU rather than syncing it, otherwise it would just set a static color. I don't believe Open RGB supports this card yet. Have anyone had experience with a similar setup? For supported cards, could Open RGB be used to control the GPU ARGB while running other software like GCC, L-Connect and Steel Series GG for other tasks?
Thanks in advance
Edit: Now it works with Mystic Light for the GPU alongside RGB Fusion.
Based on my understanding, you'll require MSI's Mystic Lighting app to handle the lights on your MSI-branded GPU together with RGB Fusion 2.0 for your motherboard. This approach aligns with my preference for similar brands when it comes to ARGB/RGB synchronization.
The lower-end Gigabyte cards aren't performing well, so I chose this alternative instead.
In fact, I'd prefer to disable the default rainbow RGB and use a fixed color or turn it off completely.
I attempted to install MSI Center alongside Mystic Lights while RGB Fusion was active, but it only recognizes my non-RGB MSI GPU—likely because the GPU doesn't support it. Do you think this would work with the Gaming Trio as well?
