Question about MonkerSolver freezing?

I rely on a tool named MonkerSolver which runs with Java. I have Windows 10 installed. Opening the program causes it to freeze and stop functioning. The support team hasn't responded yet, so I'm seeking help here. What might be causing this problem and how can I resolve it? It worked before but now seems to happen by chance.

It is possible that the JAVA update broke it. It is unlikely that you started with the version you have now.
Where are the logs? Not a clue. You will have to search. Probably somewhere under the install directory.

Are you referring to the logs from the specific program? Is it about Monkersolver or Java?

Prior to examining the logs, I chose to set up a different java version. It seems to be functioning now. Appreciate your assistance.
