Hi,
the specifications you provided indicate the motherboard and CPU, while the RAM details are from another site. To confirm if the RAM will run at 2133MHz, you need to check the RAM's listed speed in MHz.

Visit the manufacturer's site to locate the User Guide or Manual for the intended Motherboard.
This document offers extensive details about compatible parts and system settings.
Pay close attention to any notes and small print.
Do the same for components you intend to install.
Verify everything thoroughly.
You’ll likely find links back to the manufacturer’s site for updates and changes.
The motherboard version is crucial, as specifics matter.

The manual lacks a crucial detail. Here
https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/...port-mem-0, it mentions compatible memory options. It doesn't contain the specific memory I wish to purchase, but it supports similar models from the same series, featuring 1.65v and 2133MHz.

From Page 1-4 of the User Manual:
"Memory Support 2x DDR3 DIMMs support DDR3 2133(OC)/ 1866/ 1600/ 1333/ 1066 DRAM (16GB Max) Supports Dual-Channel mode"
If the motherboard manual doesn't mention the desired memory or the manufacturer doesn't list it on their website as compatible, it won't function.
Details matter.

Yes, I own a high-quality CPU cooler and the BIOS includes an automatic OC profile.
