I found that the 2020 user configuration guide for Dolby Atmos was released, but it appears I'm missing some important features. Specifically, I need all the dynamic profile tools and the racing rts, fps, rpg options in the gaming profile and sound bar settings.

Where was the software bought?
Source information provided.
Is your machine/build/OS equipped with all required hardware and software for the Dolby program?
Have you reached out to support?
Paragraph 1.5, numbered physically on page 6.

The Windows store clearly ...
It appears the developers addressed my inquiry:
"A pre-installed Dolby Atmos version is tailored to a device's sound settings at creation. This contrasts with the Microsoft Store version, which is intended solely for headphones or home theater systems. Therefore, the Store version lacks certain built-in capabilities."
We thank you for your patience and wish you a great day!

It's quite disheartening. These kinds of restrictions and limitations are often found in pre-installed programs or "free" versions that are later downloaded. The same applies to beta software. When it comes to the Windows store, it isn't always the only source for software. Many people, for various reasons, steer clear of the Microsoft store and try to obtain programs from other places. These downloads tend to be problematic—often buggy, corrupt, illegal, or carrying malware—and generally not safe or reliable. It's crucial to verify that the software comes from the correct manufacturer first. Third-party download sites are usually considered dubious and should be avoided.
