That's such a awesome message to hear. Thank you so much. Yeah you are correct i think with the voltage thing. I couldn't get close up pics, but the part of mother board it was connected to is completely normal looking, no melting damage or any thing at all. Also the wire that sizzled is attached to two other cables ( one of those was plugged in to the psu cable ) and they are completely fine no damage or any thing. So i think you are correct.
Also my pc I'm pretty sure booted up right away and i didn't have to press it a second time, im probably imagining that, but i know that's not a big deal since if that happened. And also i have played some games and nothing has gone red colored in hwinfo sensors.
Btw am pretty sure i actually understand what to do now, i took a picture of the cable i think that i am supposed to put in to the mobo. This cable has always been as u will see in picture attached to the front of case and i couldn't until today after looking that that is actually probably what cable im supposed to put in, i thought it was for the start button on the pc or some thing i think. If this is the right cable, do i just leave the other part hanging not connected to any thing like it is?, its very short.
EDIT - and i am i correct that i take out the one connected to the psu cable if i am attaching that cable in the picture to my mobo?, if i am right that this is the right cable.

I have not tried to plug it in to the mobo yet im waiting for a response here, im too scared now after what happened to do that until i get confirmation here it's right.
