The Lenovo Flex 3-1480 shows a flashing screen and low battery warning despite using a new charger. It might be a display issue rather than a battery problem. Consider replacing the battery first, then check the screen. Your advice is welcome.

It works properly now, but the low battery warning keeps appearing again.
