Hi, your stress test results show everything appears normal. It might not be necessary to replace the thermal paste just yet.

It seems quite common for laptops to overheat, particularly during prolonged use at high intensity.

Someone else mentioned that the CPU is extremely hot, even by laptop standards, and likely throttling heavily, and that a temperature of 100°C or more exceeds its maximum safe limit. They seem to be incorrect. I’m sorry for my lack of understanding in these matters; I just want to confirm everything is fine.

Laptop CPUs are expected to reach temperatures around 100°C or more. These systems will also reduce performance to avoid damage, just like in your case.

I own a 13900HX in my laptop, with temperatures almost identical. As mentioned before, everything is okay.
