You can run emulators on your 6s using suitable DS emulators. Jailbreaking isn’t necessary if you choose the right tools.
Not certain if it's still applicable, but I had solid experience using NDS4iOS on my iPhone 5s.
It seems likely the app won't be available on the app store, and using it might violate the terms of service.
Talk about getting or setting up emulators violates the community guidelines and Apple's terms of service. -Locked-
