I'm working with a D525 processor that's currently at 1.8 GHz. I noticed some forums suggest increasing it to 2 GHz, but when I try to set the FSB manually, it resets back to its original speed. I disabled the EUP mode in BIOS and the issue persists. The Spread Spectrum feature is still enabled. How can I successfully overclock?

Welcome to the forums, new member! Please refrain from using SetFSB to alter your processor clocks. If the overclocking feature isn't available in the BIOS, just let me know. What is the make and model of your motherboard?

The motherboard model is ECS Tiger-3L2. The overlock setting isn't visible in the BIOS.

It's probably not possible to overclock unless you know their specific setup. Without that information, you can't adjust the processor beyond its default limits.
