You can run Windows 7 Ultimate alongside other files on the same USB drive during installation. Just ensure enough space remains after adding the OS.

Sure! I’d set up a new folder at the root of the drive for better organization. Just let me know if the USB should be a read-only copy.

Yes, you can simply make a new folder and give it a name; this usually avoids conflicts during installation.
