Running your Kingston Predator (HX430C15PB3K2/32) at 3000 mhz with those timings is typical. Consider overclocking and assess if it's beneficial. For RTL and IOL settings, think about testing different values to find what works best. It's unlikely you'll notice a performance difference unless you push the limits.

Not worth it. It's impressive you managed to get 3000mhz on X99. That frequency is already quite high for that platform, and I'm glad you achieved it. Also, Intel doesn't gain much from such tight timings (though exceptions do exist, they're rare).

I'm not even pushing the vccsa for that 3000 mhz, there's plenty of room for it so far. I am sure I can tighten the timings and go for something like 3200.
The MC is weak but using 125 strap for high freq ram is needed and works perfect.
I guess I should go quad channel if I want any sustainable performance gains..
