Recently, I've noticed my computer's GPU usage reaching high levels and causing crashes, especially after playing games for over 20 minutes. This situation hasn't occurred before but has now become a major concern. Could this be connected to a virus or malware, or is it due to an underlying system problem?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
I’m facing a major problem with my computer.
When I share a troubleshooting thread, it’s important to provide detailed system information. Please list your specifications clearly, such as:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
RAM:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Include the age of the PSU along with its make and model. Also, note the BIOS version for your motherboard at this time.
My GPU usage frequently spikes to 90-100% and causes crashes.
You’ll notice this happening for two possible reasons:
1) an overheating problem
or
2) the PSU can’t supply enough power under load.
Moved the thread from the Components section to the Systems section.
