Hi! I just purchased an XPG Core Reactor 650w to swap out my old XFX Pro 650w. During the first installation, I checked my Gigabyte Gaming B450 sensor and noticed voltage issues, especially on the +12V rail, with low +3.3V readings. The +12V rail fluctuated between 12.096 and 11.95 when idle, and dropped to 11.88-11.808 under full CPU and graphics load (R5 5600x + RX 6600). While software data isn’t perfect, my XFX unit showed more stable readings, and the rail never fell below 12. I also heard buzzing and a noticeable fan rattling, even at idle, which might indicate coil whine or a problem with the fan. Do I have a faulty device?

Have you confirmed that every required connector is securely connected?
