I was curious about what the green flashing on my PSU signifies when it's not solid. My PC won't boot at all, even after replacing the PSU and changing the CMOS battery. I'm thinking my motherboard might be the issue and it's time for a new one. But before making any decisions, I wanted to know what the flashing actually means—this isn't a new build.

It seems like a cold redundancy, but I found it when I unplugged the motherboard adapter and the PSU's green light went solid green. Is my motherboard still working?

you will need to verify the board using a different PSU, ensuring the 24-pin connector works.
