Question about Driver Logitech for G502 X missing...?
Question about Driver Logitech for G502 X missing...?
Hi,
I checked various online sources including the Logitech website, but I couldn't find a driver for the G502 X mouse. Even after installing G-HUB, Windows still shows a "HID-Compliant mouse" driver, even after uninstalling it, unplugging the mouse, restarting the PC, and reinserting it. I'm trying to figure out why this happens and where to get the correct Logitech G502 X mouse driver. Thank you for your help.
The mouse was bought from this Logitech website.
https://www.logitechg.com/en-us/innovation/g-hub.html
The purchase was made from the Logitech store on Amazon. The website mentioned earlier does not offer any drivers, and even after installing the G-HUB, no Logitech drivers were found despite following the steps described. Could there be another solution or advice? Are there users with similar Logitech mice who see a different driver in Device Manager? Thank you

The process required some testing and adjustments to access the second link.
My Device Manager shows
Mice and other pointing devices
"Logitech HID-compliant Unifying Mouse"
Keyboards
"Logitech HID-compliant Unifying Keyboard"
I also have via
Human Interface Devices
:
Logitech HID-compliant Unifying device
[listed three times]
Logitech Unifying USB receiver
Logitech USB Input Device
M310 Mouse and K540 Keyboard set. Purchased at Staples or Best Buy.
Thank you

I understand your concern

unfortunately, due to a browser issue, no drivers are available on those pages or the mouse pages, except for the G-Hub software that I originally installed.
I believe any specific driver should have been installed via G-Hub.
Would you like me to ask you about the differences in your second post?
Thank you
I bought keyboard/mouse combos.
I once tried G hub and it caused issues, so I removed it.
I donât think G hub installs drivers; itâs mainly for customization.

Refer to the second link I shared in Post #4.
Select Mice
Search for the G502 X mouse. Click.
Can you access this page?

That page doesnât seem very useful and doesnât provide driver details or installation info.
over the past five years i've never needed real Logitech drivers for my G600 mouse, just default MS Windows ones.
the logitech customization toolsâeither Logitech Gaming Software x64 (v9.02.65) or G-Hubâconsistently detect my mouse without problems, buttons function properly, lights work as expected, dpi and other settings operate correctly, etc.
there shouldn't be any special drivers required.
what problems are you facing that make you look for these specific ones?
Thank you both đ
@Ralston18
I tested using a different browser and (with only one mouse) the link you shared works. Appreciate your assistance. đ

Occasionally when choosing multiple files in explorer, the left button fails to release. This issue was specific to Windows Explorer. It seems it could be linked to the preview pane. When it's enabled accidentally, mouse button releases aren't recognized. Thank you
