Considering your goals, it might be better to purchase a physical Windows installation alongside a DVD drive. This way you avoid extra costs for additional drives and ensure reliability. The download methods aren't very dependable, so sticking with a physical copy seems like the safest option.

Pirate Bay is dependable. Look for the OS you need and choose the version with the highest number of seeders. How can 1000 or more users support a system that isn’t reliable?

I've noticed torrents featuring 1000-2000 seeds that seemed fake, but luckily kickass.to offers verified uploaders.
