I have a new Asrock B550M Pro4 motherboard. I installed my RX 590 GME GPU in PCIe Slot 1, but it boots to Windows and the monitor shows no signal. The same problem occurred with my old GT 730. I then tried using the GPU in PCIe Slot 2, which worked properly. I attempted to reset the CMOS and BIOS.

PC Specifications
CPU: Ryzen 5 5500
Motherboard: Asrock B550M Pro4
GPU: RX 590 GME
RAM: 2 x 8GB Kingston DDR4
SSD: 500GB Kingston M.2 NVMe
Power Supply: Acer 650 watts 80+ bronze

PSU: Acer 650 watts 80+ bronze
Is this the Acer AC 650 model? Please confirm right away. If yes, replace it immediately—it's a terrible PSU and not suitable for any build.
Moved the discussion from the Motherboards section to the Systems section.

Irrespective of whether it's used or new, this PSU is poorly constructed.

I'm not sure about the display problem, but I want to make sure the system is actually running. Could you confirm if it's powered on and if the boot process is proceeding normally? Also, have you tested using another port or device to rule out a monitor-specific issue?

When using Windows, the GPUs are functioning properly. A lack of a GPU would prevent booting. It seems you might want to explore alternative connections. Would you like to try HDMI and DP?

The previous time I got a GPU, my monitor didn't display it on HDMI, so I used DP and it functioned. If the GPU is operational and you're starting up, the issue might be related to the connection or monitor configuration.
