Hello,
I’m experiencing an issue when using my Corsair PSU with the OEM Dell OptiX 390 motherboard. I connected the 24-pin ATX connector and the 4-pin CPU connector (though I have 8 pins but split it into two), and the orange light appears, but when the PC starts up there’s no indication of any activity—no fan noise, no power on. I’ve tried this setup multiple times without success. However, using an older MSI PSU 300W works perfectly, so it seems the problem lies with the PSU itself. Could you confirm that?

Do you know which PSU has the green label and which has the grey label? Regarding the OptiPlex, what model were you using before?

Cx750m model 2019 green label and the other PSU is a prebuilt PSU HP that I removed from a dead OEM PC. I just purchased a Dell OptiPlex 390 OEM board, not the full desktop.
