My stock voltage was already at 1.211v with stock clocks, and it consistently stays at 1.211v in 4.0ghz conditions. When the CPU load reaches 100%, it drops to 1.279v, though it often doesn't hold that value for long before returning to 1.211v and repeating the cycle.
