So straight to the point -- I'm getting no display on PC monitor. Everything seems to be working in background, the PC gets to desktop, keyboard & mouse light up but no display. I realized whenever I start my PC the gpu fans spin until i get to the desktop and they stop according to temperature, but right now no fans spin, but when i switch off the PC from main board the gpu fans jerk for a second. I dont see any damage or burn marks .Tried reseating it . checking rams, changed psu cable that goes into gpu but nothing seems to work. Its an RX 6600 paired with a Ryzen 2600, and PSU is a Corsair RM850 Gold.

No, you cannot see a picture while still in BIOS.

Nope, can't see because there is no signal from gpu. Actually i tried booting it up right now . gpu fans were spinning, it gave display for 10 seconds before reaching desktop, it gave 3 flashes and again gpu fans turn and no display .

I just noticed that when the PC is running but there’s no display, I can still access it through Google Chrome on my phone, but not on the monitor. Everything seems fine, though. I checked MSI Afterburner to see the GPU status, and it shows all zeros—0 MHz, 0 fan speed, 0mV, 0 temperature, and 0 clock speed. What does this mean? Graphics settings display Microsoft Display Adapter.
