In Microsoft Edge you can turn off tracking prevention, which allows you to view all sites. In Chrome there isn't an option for this, causing certain sites to be blocked. The issue with CPU Monkey happening is due to the tracking settings. You should adjust the tracking preferences in your browser accordingly.
