Hello. It's possible the PC avoids showing the BSOD and logs only kernel 41 power events without triggering bug checks. Also, no file is saved at C:/windows/memory.dmp.

The BSOD stands for Blue Screen Of Death. It’s the exact error message you see when something goes wrong. If you don’t understand this, it’s likely another issue, not a BSOD.
