Before implementing any adjustments, take the time to gather more information about the issues at hand. Utilize Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer to identify error codes, warnings, and informational events that occurred around the times of stuttering or BSOS. You might also check Task Manager and Resource Monitor (along with other available tools) to monitor system performance, particularly during periods of instability or when a crash is anticipated. Make sure all drivers are current and properly configured. Execute "dism" and "sfc /scannow" to detect and resolve any faulty or corrupted Windows files.
