Hey everyone, I'm facing a major issue with my PC across all games and need some assistance! My system runs a Ryzen 7 7800X3D, paired with an RX 7900 XTX (Adrenalin 25.6.3), 32GB Vengeance DDR5 RAM at 6000MT/s CL38 with XMP and EXPO enabled. I'm also using a Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX (rev. 1.1) with F34 BIOS. All drivers are current. I play in Ultra at 1080p with 165Hz to match my monitor, which is set to upgrade soon. A few months ago everything worked fine, but after a long break, I noticed games consistently bottlenecking—GPU at full usage while CPU stays at just 10%. I'm not sure what to do and would really appreciate any advice!

Disable iGPU in BIOS, then use DDU to remove all GPU drivers (Intel, Nvidia, AMD) in Safe Mode, then install the latest driver from AMD’s support site via an elevated command (Right click installer > Run as Administrator).
