You're experiencing issues when trying to play on level 72 in Char, even though you've downloaded the required DLCs. The messages suggest you either don't have the DLC or can't access the DLC maps. Check your downloads and ensure the files are correctly installed. Also verify that the DLC files are not corrupted.

It shows the DLCs marked as complete indicates Steam will install or verify their presence during setup or file checks. This doesn't guarantee they're fully installed immediately—first check your game cache. Open the file in Library > Properties > Local Files tab and confirm integrity. Missing files may cause Steam to invalidate the entire DLC. This often occurs if the game is on a different drive or imported after a Steam reinstall or PC update. Steam only scans for the game folder and main executable when adding games, it doesn't perform file checks unless prompted. Make sure you see both "Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack" and "Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack 2" checked in your DLC list—they’re usually at the bottom but might be missing. Only one of these should be installed properly on your system.

Apologies for the delayed response! And thank you for your message. It looks like I have the GOTY Borderlands, but it doesn’t include the second Upgrade Pack 2... possibly because only the first one is available. Appreciate the update!
