Hello there, question
for this PC
UserBenchmarks: Game 98%, Desk 121%, Work 104%
CPU: Intel Core i5-14600KF - 124.4%
GPU: Nvidia RTX 5060-Ti - 74.9%
SSD: CT1000P3PSSD8 1TB - 254.5%
RAM: Crucial CP16G56C46U5.M8G1 2x16GB - 181.3%
MBD: Asus PRIME B760M-K
these are the specs from your benchmarks
do i need to make any changes before using the machine
someone said the BIOS should be updated
i downloaded a BIOS update from the manufacturer’s site
another point about game loading, sorry for the confusion
i don’t know how long it will take to create another post
if I have games like RDR2 that load in seconds
and Far Cry 2 takes minutes with loading screens
or Far Cry 5 sometimes doesn’t load at all
is this a hardware issue or could be a Ubisoft problem?

It would have been better to choose a different ram kit with higher MT/s to maximize your platform's performance. You didn't mention the make and model of your PSU. Regarding BIOS, what version are you using for your motherboard?
