I have an issue with my BF4 Premium account. I bought it yesterday for my existing account, and everything functions properly. I can play on all premium maps on the Battleog site under my name. It says premium, but I can't select all premium items—like premium knives—and only have access to certain features. The latest map pack, Final Stand, isn’t downloaded yet. Should I wait for it to finish before using all premium features?

They might need to be unlocked initially, such as through battlepack drops.
