Question about audio/video short freezing occurs randomly.
My specs win11 rtx 3060 12gb, cpu ryzen 7 3800x mb gigabite a250m-a pro ram vengeance lpx 32 gb monitor samsung u28r550 28led
Last year my audio card had some issue so I plugged my stereo into monitor, I don’t know if it’s related but need to mention that too.
So 3 weeks ago I started experiencing a short 1-2 random audio or just video freezes in gta online. I thought it was just a game bug, but since then these problems have appeared in every single game. The issue is that gta 5 can freeze very hard sometimes. I tried buying new rams, updated nvidia drivers, used driver boosters, and even uninstalled drivers, but nothing worked. I’m not sure what part of my PC is causing this—it can happen randomly, whether performance is low or high. I didn’t change anything when it started showing LatencyMon, which suggested updating the BIOS, but I don’t want to do that. There’s no clear error message and no obvious pattern for how to reproduce the problem. I’m really stuck on what’s going wrong.
PSU: specifications, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)? Any past heavy gaming activity?
Storage devices: type, model, size, current usage level?
Network connection: wired or wireless?
Audio and video equipment details: make, model, connectivity status, number of cables and ports?

Check Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer for any logged errors, warnings, or events around the freezing incidents.
network setup is wired, using a disk with a blue570 wd blue 300gb free space for modern games, while an older toshiba 4gb hdd handles all storage needs including mods and old games. Both disks are functioning well after testing. I’m unsure about the audio card details, but it seems the issue is resolved by connecting reproductors for monitoring. My PC’s components are 4–5 years old, but I’ve upgraded the tempteratures on CPU and GPU. The PSU is scheduled to install new parts today, so I’ll update later if it helps.
