Hello! I've been experimenting with some BIOS options to enhance my system and gain more insight into it. One topic that has been discussed often is using a negative sign for the "global VCID Core" offset to lower the CPU voltage. I'm currently running a 13900k with AI Overclock enabled (no MCE). The board appears to have problems, pushing voltages higher than necessary in various areas. I was aiming to apply an offset to prevent it from exceeding 1.4v on the CPU, at least. However, the online guides suggest this setting doesn't help much. Does anyone else know about this issue?

For context: AI overclock is active
MCE is set to Enforce All Limits
VCID is configured as AUTO (though changing it didn't yield results)
Undervolt protection is disabled
XMP is turned on, with a fixed memory controller voltage instead of auto (previous issues caused excessive voltage application leading to crashes)
LLC is set to LVL 4
All other settings remain unchanged.

ASUS offers several Z690 boards; which model are you currently using?

Normal behavior with AI-OC is observed. The Z690 HERO AI adjusts the 12700k to 1.414. Refer to the AI features sub menu manually.
