Received my TUF X570 Gaming-Plus today. It features two M2 slots—top slot (m2_1) links to the CPU, while the lower slot (m2_2) goes through the chipset. Placing the SSD on top seems logical, but the m2_2 has a heatsink and the m2_1 slot would leave it exposed. Deciding which slot is best depends on your setup preferences.

Installing your SSD on the M2_1 might help keep the x570 cooler than using it on the M2_2. Your Strix 5700xt graphics card already takes a lot of heat, so the placement could make a difference. The Adata sx8200 pro SSD also has a simple heat spreader, which might affect temperatures too.

I own identical boards and SSDs. I placed it at the bottom for style reasons. My setup includes a 2080 Super, and there are no temperature concerns. This board also protects the chipset fan.
