There have been discussions about compatibility problems with certain ASUS laptops causing 24H2 updates to fail. Some earlier comments mentioned two older models being impacted by BSODs, but now it seems the issue might affect all ASUS devices due to a motherboard problem!

It might be a software problem. They are preventing certain applications due to incompatibility.

I assume you mean updating to 24H2 via Windows Update. Have you tried updating directly?
