PC fails to wake from sleep when EXPO is enabled. It can enter sleep but cannot be awakened, needing a complete restart. I'm using Corsair Vengeance 2x32GB 6000MHz RAM. I can tolerate the long boot times, but being unable to power on and the RAM running at 4800 MHz is unacceptable. I'm running BIOS version 0821. Also, checking powercfg /a in the command prompt reveals that the firmware doesn't support S0, S1, S2 and Hybrid sleep modes. Is there a solution to this issue?

powercfg /a might display more options than you intended. You're limited to just one sleep mode (s0, s1, s2, s3), currently it's set to S3. Hybrid sleep isn't supported, which suggests hibernation is active. Both modes are S4, so only one can be running at any time—either hybrid or hibernate.

I see. Can you check if there’s a way to activate the normal sleep feature without having to restart the device?

i have identical hardware and my pc still boots intermittently after sleep. i'm hoping for a bios update since previous attempts have failed. they mentioned a beta bios was available but it caused issues too. it seems like an early adopter of ryzen, right? do you experience similar crashes where the screen goes black briefly before recovering?

I have B650E-F (Asus strix) with 821 and no problems when waking up or going to sleep. I run EXPO at 6,000mzh cl16. (I mention the boot times are a bit slower)
I just open the start menu and press SLEEP.

Check your BIOS for adjustments in the sleep state options. One setting should resolve the problem, but I’m still unsure which one to try.

I've encountered the same issue too. Identical specs, same board and CPU, but my PC still fails to boot after sleep. Same setup—64GB RAM. Anyone have any advice? Should I limit it to just two RAM slots instead of four?
